The breakfast, one of the highlights of the festival, will take place on Friday, September 15th at The West Cork Hotel in Skibbereen.

Sean Mahon, Southern Star managing director said: ‘We're delighted Duncan will be joining us as speaker at this year's West Fork breakfast. We like to invite lively and stimulating speakers for our guests and Duncan certainly brings energy. Amongst other things he'll be talking about his passion for how local communities can develop sustainable models to help with self sufficiency and local resilience whilst creating employment and lowering reliance on imported foods and fossil fuels. Smart farming will also be part of his discussion. These topics are all very pertinent to West Cork.'
