A male driver in his 20s was taken to CUH following an early morning crash outside Clonakilty in the early hours of this morning.
GARDAÍ in Clonakilty are investigating a single vehicle collision which happened outside Templebryan, Clonakilty at approximately 3:20 am in the early hours of this morning.
The driver, a male in his 20s, was seriously injured and taken to CUH. A 19-year-old female passenger was also taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The road from Shannonvale to McCurtain Hil was closed for a period this morning as gardaí investigated the cause of the crash.
