Cois Átha is a red-hot addition to the market with B1 rating

THE first housing development of its kind in Skibbereen in 10 years has come on the market.

Cois Átha, just off the Baltimore Road, comprises a mix of six, four and five bed houses on the edge of the town guiding from €275,000.

The development had stalled during the downturn in the economy when two houses in the estate were completed and sold.
