The Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarbery has teamed up with the popular eaterie, the Fish Basket at Long Strand, to provide fresh fish ‘n’ chips options, based in the hotel grounds.
Open daily from 2pm to 7pm, the Fish Basket Food Truck will be located beside the hotel’s outdoor covered area, with beer, wine, prosecco and soft drinks all available from the outside bar.
