From the first time we set up a stall at Clonakilty Farmers’ Market in 2003, the standards for our hand-made biscuits have stayed the same: always the best ingredients and absolutely nothing artificial.
We have been making cookies in our small bakery in Dunmanway since then. Fine Irish ingredients are at the heart: unsalted Irish butter, free-range eggs from a small West Cork farm, top-quality oats, and many other natural products sourced here in Ireland.
The doughs are still all made in small batches, the cookies are portioned and shaped by hand, then baked in a traditional oven.
We never, ever use artificial flavours or colours; preservatives or stabilisers; emulsifiers or hydrogenated fats in any of our cookies.
