In 2020 after graduating from Tokyo Sushi Academy in Japan I opened my business.
The cookery course practised a respectful attitude to food which I now bring to my sushi using the best ingredients available.
We make sushi for private parties and events while also supplying shops including Centra, Supervalu and Londis.
In April 2023 we created our food trailer to occasionally attend big markets. Hope to see you out and about!
