Cape Clear Ferry Service operates ferries to Cape Clear Island from Baltimore & Schull, & also tours around the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse
Baltimore – Cape Clear Island: Our passenger ferry Dún an Óir II has a capacity for 94 passengers with a comfortable heated indoor salon, and a large outdoor viewing deck so one can take in the breathtaking scenery.
Schull – Cape Clear Island: Our new fast ferry has airline-style seating, air conditioning, heated saloon, a large viewing deck and a capacity for 90 passengers.
We operate 3 different Fastnet Rock Lighthouse tours:
Fastnet Day Tour – Cross through the beautiful waters of Roaring Water Bay, keeping a close eye for whales and dolphins.
We circumnavigate the Fastnet Rock for the best views from all angles and that once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity.
Fastnet Rock Direct Tour- Approx 2.5- 3hrs long, departs from Baltimore or Schull. We sail directly through the whale and dolphin rich waters of Roaring Water Bay until we reach the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse.
Sunset/Twilight Fastnet Tour – Approx 3 -3.5 hrs - see the sunset at the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse.
