What’s the one thing you can’t live without? It has to be my phone to keep up with Skibbereen RFC’s Viber group!

What would I find in your fridge right now? Drinagh’s homemade mushroom soup, it’s savage stuff that tastes as good as it sounds.

Name one element your sport could/should take from another? We could use a round ball to take out that wicked bounce.

What do you think about when you’re alone in your car?

My two beautiful kids, Amy and Ryan.

Who has been the biggest influence on your sporting career (and why)? I’m going to go for our current manager, John Hayes; he’s a great motivator in the dressing room and a great manager too.

Pick two celebrities to be your parents: Hugh Hefner and Dolly Parton. Enough said.

What do you think cats dream of? Kieran Shannon’s milk!

If you could play any other sport for one day what would it be? Golf, it’s a great game.

If you joined a circus, what would you perform? I’d give the fire eating a go.

If you could get rid of one county in Ireland what would it be and why? That’s an easy one, Kerry would have to go so Cork would have a chance in the football.

What would you do if you found a penguin in your freezer?

Take it out, let it thaw and eat it of course.

Before we let you go, teach us something that we don’t know: That Drinagh Eurospar is a great shop with lovely staff!
