CLONAKILTY law firm, McCarthy + Co. Solicitors, are celebrating their 30th anniversary in business this month.  

And coinciding with the milestone for the family company is the honour of reaching the finals of this year’s prestigious Irish Law Awards.  

The firm is shortlisted for Excellence in Client Service, Excellence in Marketing and Communications, Munster Law Firm of the Year and managing partner Flor McCarthy is a finalist in the Munster Solicitor of the Year. Established by Ann McCarthy in 1987, her son Flor McCarthy joined the firm in 2000 and his brother John joined in 2004. Together they have gone on to develop an award-winning profile as nationwide specialists in personal injury and medical negligence law while keeping its family ethos at its core.
