Sweetnam replaces Keith Earls who was ruled out through injury
Dunmanway's Darren Sweetnam has been named in Munster's starting 15 for their crunch semi-final clash with Saracens this afternoon.
Sweetnam will line out at 11 in place of the injured Keith Earls.
The semi-final of the Champions Cup kicks off at 3pm at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
