STARS in this year’s Plunketts Go Dancing will take to the stage for a second time on February 22nd due to unprecedented demand.

The first performance took place last Saturday in Fernhill House Hotel featuring 11 couples in the event which is a fundraiser for the development of the St. Oliver Plunketts GAA Grounds.

Winners were Dermot Hurley and Jaynell Anderson dancing the cha cha while runners up were Jim O’Sullivan and  Anne Walsh also dancing to the cha cha.

MC’s on the night Nora Scannell and Donal Walsh facilitated a fantastic line up of dances; keeping the audience engaged and on the edge their seats as all awaited the judges scores. A surprise Flash Mob staged by various members of the audience proved a thrilling spectacle.

Tickets are still available for second night on 087 4030502.
