The Wood Road in Courtmacsherry has now reopened after Cork County Council were called to clear a fallen tree.

The Wood Road in Courtmacsherry has now reopened after Cork County Council were called to clear a fallen tree that blocked the road earlier this morning.

The fallen tree had prevented the Butlerstown to Cork bus calling to the scenic village.

Last year the road was blocked after several trees fell from the woods.
