‘My ambition with the help of a great team around me is to continue improving and promoting Kinsale as a town not only for gourmet but also retail, outdoor activities, ecological programmes and tackling local challenges we all face like parking, litter, recycling, pushing for pedestrianisation of the town centre which I feel would not only improve revenue for local businesses but also create a more cosmopolitan feel.’
