LEAPLAND – that special Santa experience – will open in Leap at 2pm on Saturday, December 8th next.

There is always something different being added to the experience every year. This year will be no exception because the organisers have brought in snow machines to give it that extra Christmassy feel.

A free raffle has also been added so that every child going through the gates of Leapland will be in with a chance to win an assortment of Christmas presents.

And, in an unusual move, the Leapland organisers have decided to host an adult Santa night.

For just €10 men and women wishing to recapture the magic of their childhood can visit Santa from 5pm onwards on Friday, December 14th next.

‘They will have the full run of Leapland – plus Santa’s new added tropical garden – and a complementary drink on the way in,’ said Ger O’Sullivan.

Ger admitted: ‘The adult night was not our idea. People were asking for it so we obliged. Maybe it is their way of bringing out their inner child.’

Tickets for children wishing to meet Santa will cost €15, plus €5 for an accompanying adult. Tickets can be purchased on the door, but to book a time slot, phone: 087 7427016.
