Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Souther Star site.

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Fulfillment

When you submit your order you are allowing the Southern Star to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via telephone, email or letter.

Delivery

From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 working days, however please allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery. For bulky items which cannot be delivered though a standard letter box please ensure someone is a vailable to receive the parcel. A post and packaging charge depending on the item ordered is payable on orders placed on this website.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

The Southern Star aims to supply goods, which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return it to us for a replacement or a full refund. Please email sales@southernstar.ie to obtain your returns number before you return an item to us. Returns must be mailed to:

Amendment & Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.

For products purchased in our photo archive, you are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition for a full refund. For digital online subscriptions cancellations may be permitted and requests can be emailed to sales@southernstar.ie.
