What's the one thing you can't live without? My phone.

What would I find in your fridge right now? Bits of everything, it's always full.

Name one element your sport could/should take from another? The rule of playing the hurley, great for forwards but a disaster for backs.

What do you think about when you're alone in your car? Usually singing along with the radio or trying to plan the day.

Who has been the biggest influence on your sporting career? My family, I always wanted to be better than my brothers, and Tom Kenny – I was obsessed with him when I was younger.

Pick two celebrities to be your parents: I wouldn't change mine for the world.

What do you think cats dream of? When they are going to eat next.

If you could play any other sport for one day what would it be? Basketball, it's not weather dependant.

If you joined a circus, what would you perform? Acrobatics, I used to do gymnastics.

If you could get rid of one county in Ireland what would it be and why? Kilkenny, for obvious reasons after last year's All-Ireland final.

What would you do if you found a penguin in your freezer? Make sure it had its own shelf, so it wouldn't eat anything else in the freezer.

Before we let you go, teach us something that we don't know: The average person walks the equivalent of three times around the world in a lifetime.
