What’s the one thing you can’t live without? Ah, I’d say the lads would probably say my phone anyway, I never put the thing away.

What would I find in your fridge right now? Well, after last weekend, a few pre-made meals by the mother and a couple of celebratory beers.

Name one element your sport could/should take from another? I’d probably bring in the tags from tag rugby for some of them big forwards. I wouldn’t be a fan of tackling them big fellas.

What do you think about when you’re alone in your car?  It’s usually a lot of day dreaming or thinking about travelling, but after last weekend I find myself thinking a lot about the crazy support we had up in Thomond Park – we must have outnumbered Young Munster five to one, it was unbelievable stuff.

Who has been the biggest influence on your sporting career (and why)?  Besides Dan Carter, it would have to be Johnny Canniffe, a figure I think every underage player aspires to be like.

Pick two celebrities to be your parents: I don’t think I could change the ones I have!

What do you think cats dream of? Winning the Munster Junior Cup.

If you could play any other sport for one day what would it be? Golf – the dream day would have been being Sergio Garcia on the final day at the Masters this year, finally getting what he deserved.

If you joined a circus, what would you perform? Well, after this I’d say I’d be made be the guy they throw pies at. I’ve a feeling there would be a big queue for that!

If you could get rid of one county in Ireland what would it be and why? I don’t know can we afford to lose any more but maybe replace Kerry with a nice tropical spot like Croatia and we could all enjoy our weekends away a bit more.

What would you do if you found a penguin in your freezer? I’d send Jerry Crowley into it, he has been searching for a bird for a long time now.

Before we let you go, teach us something that we don’t know: For anyone out there with two left feet just like myself and Regis Sonnes, have faith, anyone can learn how to dance, as I did through the Kinsale Strictly Come Dancing ….
